3. Description of the Service

Through the Service, Editpdfonline (hereinafter referred to as the website) allows the purchase of the service to perform file conversion for subsequent processing and/or editing.

The language in which the contract between the website and the buyer will be executed will be that of the country of origin.

The purchase process on the online service will be as follows:

1. You must register on the website with a username, for which you will need to include your card number.

2. By clicking "Download now" a charge of €0.60 will be made for unlimited use of the service for 24 hours. Once the trial period has elapsed, and if the user has not canceled the subscription, an annual charge of €199.90 will be applied.

3. Next, an email verification process will be carried out to verify your credentials.

4. To complete the registration, the user must set their password so that the account is private and non-transferable.

Once the purchase of the service has been made, it will be confirmed by sending an email within a maximum of 24 hours to the address you provided. The email will indicate the platform URL, the description on the bank statement, the general payment conditions and the applicable terms and conditions (we recommend checking your inbox and other folders in case the email is in Spam, Notifications or Promotions, among others).

In all cases, access to the content is provided immediately after payment.

3.1 Subscription

Your subscription to the Service is monthly for an amount of €59.90 and will automatically renew for the same period until terminated.

Unless you cancel your subscription, you authorize us to charge the applicable monthly subscription fee to your payment method.

You can cancel your subscription to the Service at any time, and you will continue to have access until the end of your monthly billing period. To the extent permitted by law, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial monthly subscription periods.

4. External links

The Service may redirect you to other websites via links.

However, the website does not control those sites or their content, which are subject to their own terms and conditions. Therefore, the website is not responsible for the quality, truthfulness or accuracy of those sites.

5. Age

With respect to the use of the Service, you declare that you are of legal age and have the legal capacity necessary to be bound by this agreement, and to use it in accordance with its terms and conditions, which you fully understand and acknowledge.

If you contract the Service on behalf of a company, you acknowledge that you have the proper authorization and representation to do so on behalf of the organization.

6. Intellectual and industrial property

6.1 Own content

The content and information of the Service (including but not limited to data, text, images), as well as the infrastructure used to provide such content and information, is the property of the website or has the corresponding authorizations for its use.

Furthermore, modification, reproduction, duplication, copying, distribution, sale, resale and other forms of exploitation for commercial or equivalent purposes of the Service are prohibited.

7. Price and taxes

The prices of the products offered on the website are indicated in euros (€), and VAT (Value Added Tax) applicable at the time of purchase is added to the product price.

In any case, the transaction may be exempt from or not subject to VAT depending on your country of residence or the capacity in which you act.

From the next 19th of November of 2023 the price for the monthly fee has been changed to the new monthly amount.

8. Payment method

Online payment for the acquired service can be made:

9. Right of withdrawal and refunds

9.1 Right of withdrawal

The user may cancel the service at any time; however, after the initial 24 hours, the subscription will be automatically renewed until the user unsubscribes. Given the type of product marketed on our web platform, based on a document conversion and optimization service, the right of withdrawal will not apply in accordance with article 103, letter m) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws in Spain.

The right of withdrawal will not apply to the provision of services once the service has been performed, when execution has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and with the consumer's acknowledgement that they are aware that, once the contract has been correctly executed by the entrepreneur, they will have lost their right of withdrawal; however, from the moment of cancellation no further charges will be made nor will there be any other surcharge by the service.

9.2 Refunds

You can contact us at support@editpdfdigital.com where one of our agents will assist you personally. Once a refund is confirmed, it will be issued to the card used for the purchase (not by other methods) within a maximum of 10 business days.

The contracted service may not be assigned or transferred to other users of the service. In the event that there is a problem converting a file on our part and we cannot successfully perform the conversion, it is possible to request a refund.

10. Validity of offers

The services offered on the Service, and their prices, will be available for purchase while they remain in the product catalog displayed on this website.

In any case, the website reserves the right to make modifications to the Service it deems appropriate, and may update products and services according to the market.

The website reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.

We inform you that despite price updates to the Service, they may contain errors. We will promptly correct any errors that appear, but they will not be binding for the Service.

11. Security

As indicated above, the entire purchase procedure, as well as the transmission of your personal data and payment systems, is carried out on a secure page and encrypted via the SSL protocol.

We guarantee the security of the Service according to current technological knowledge. However, the website cannot guarantee complete future security of the Service. In any case, we commit to remedying and implementing corrective measures as soon as possible to fix any security breach.

You agree to notify the website immediately and via email at support@editpdfdigital.com of any situation that could lead to identity theft of a user.

Under no circumstances does the website collect, store or transfer your card data. The payment transaction is carried out entirely through the secure server of our payment gateway. OLMC Nelumbo SL will not sell, buy, provide, exchange or otherwise distribute account or transaction data, personal information or credit card information except with the bank that processes the payment, Visa/Mastercard corporations or in response to requests from the competent government authorities.

12. Modifications and invalidity

We may update the terms and conditions of the Service in the future, as well as features and functions of the Service itself.

We will inform you of changes to the terms and conditions by placing a notice in a prominent place on our website and/or by email.

If any clause included in these terms and conditions is declared, in whole or in part, null or ineffective, it will only affect that provision or the part of it that is null or ineffective. The terms and conditions will remain in force in all other respects, and such provision, or the part of it that is affected, will be considered not to have been included.
